I had an Alesis Nanoverb that was fine for live sound.

Hi Bill,
I've owned LXP 1 LXP 5 and Nanoverb. Nano is good enough for live sound
if it's just a dusting over vocals. It is thin sounding overall.
The LXPs are ok but nothing to write home about. The ddl in the LXP 5 =
with
modulation was very cool for solo guitars.
I'd check out the Behringer stuff as long as they fit in your rack and =
price range.

I have the same dilemma, now I waiting for this one "the t.racks TFX-1016"

I buy this cheap unit in blind, don;t know quality.

I used to have a digitech msp4 that we used for live. It had a couple
choices that worked well for our semi acoustic direction. As I remember
it had one reverb called "superverb" that was, well. "super"
;-)
