Mike Portnoy, John Petrucci, Jordan Rudess, and John Myung? What a bunch of
hacks! ;>)

Honestly, next to the older Spock's Beard stuff, DT is one of my favorite
prog bands. I wish I lived closer so I could go!

I'm coming up from Tulsa, OK.. but it's the nearest show I could find.
Taking my nephew to see 'em, it oughta be a real good time for us both. That
today's kids actually get that level of player is a real joy for me as a
musician, I gotta encourage that, and he's a really great young man :)

Holy Road Trip Batman! Wouldn't Denver, Minneapolis, or Chicago be closer?
Maybe Cleveland works better for your schedule. Anyway, I'm sure it will be
worth it.

That's pretty much the deal, clash of the schedules. Everything is green
light here though and I hope to show him some of the country along the way,
so I don't mind so much the road trip. Heck of a birthday present for him...
of course, when I was that age I moved to Nashville for a road trip, hahaha.
I'm still hoping to see some Paris buds in OH if there are any that ring in
by then and wanna have a meet 'n' greet.
