Since I had to steal my home EDS card to make up the 2-card mobile
system, I've been looking for a couple of EDS cards cheap.

Several weeks ago, I scored an EDS card from the bay for $260, which
was not wonderful, but OK.

Then came Christmas Day.

I'd been watching an auction for a week, hoping the holiday and
less-than flowery description would play in my favor.

When Stealthbid did its thing, I ended up with not only a second EDS
card, but also another good C16. And another MEC, which I kinda
needed.

AND the 8iT card that was in the MEC. Plus all the cables.

All for $250 shipped. The little FedEx Ground dude deposited it on my
doorstep this afternoon.

I can now reconstruct my home studio to match the number of cards in
the mobile rig.

Wooo-freakin'-hoooooo!

Didn't mean to gloat. I just be happy.

Paul,
I meant to bid on that auction and missed the end. I am surprised it went
for so little! Good for you! I bid on a similar auction a few weeks ago and
got am MEC, C16, EDS1000 and 3.0 for $285 plus shipping. Didn't have 8in
card though.
