The shock-mount,and swivel mount that came with the Neuman TLM -103 are both
crappy (the shockmount is $300 ,and it has already broken) Does anyone know
of another shock-mount that would work?

I would try Atlas Pro Audio first. They sell a few on eBay that are a step
up from the worst crap. I don’t know about the 103. It’s a big one.

I think Blue Mics sells some shock mounts. Or whatever color they are now...

Why don't you get Neuman to fix it. At their prices they should stand
behind the mics and stands.
