I have referred my new wave/punk band friends to Ed Stasium for the final
mix. I mean, who better on earth to mix a project like this than Ed? I have
done a lot of editing and processing (hard processing, not reversable stuff)
of the tracks here already and I would like to be able to save these
multitrack project files in a format that Ed could import to his Pro Tools
HD rig. Not all these tracks start at 00:00:00 any more. Also I have lots of
plugins instantianted on the rough mixes that it would be a PITA to go back
and uninstall.

Can I use OMF to accomplish this. Would what I deliver to him open up with
the unprocessed tracks on the timeline with the edits intact but without
calls to instantiate plugins that he doesn't even use on his system.

I've just never used OMF so I'm trying to find some easy way to pull this
off.

Thanks,

Deej
