OK. NEXT Saturday it's booked for. It seems to be running better anyhow as
I said.

Last night's fiasco has been escalated to the team leader of the tech. They
are supposed to let you know when they can't make it or are late. He didn't.

Anyhow, it will be fixed, and should be free.
