onboard compressor issues [message #82071]

I recntly re installed paris 3.0 and noticed that my compresser would only
work on one channel in the aux. When assigned to another channel, it mutes
that channel, and the meter always stays on full. Also, my native effects
are missing.

Hello Joe,

It appears that you need to reinstall the effects subsystem and carefully
follow the install path. It puts them into an extra folder by default and
you will have to write down the path and make sure it is installed
correctly. Sorry I don't have the specific detail but if you study it
carefully you will see an extra folder by default.

Joe,

Make sure you dont have the 'pc freebies' FX installed.
It's buggy and causes problems like you're having.
