I've got a bunch of IDE drives here that I would like to be able to put in a
case attached to one of my comps via USB and be able to access the data on
the drives. I won't be recording to it, just archiving. Having 3 or 4
separate drives in bays would be a plus as well.

Any suggestions for a good unit?

Thanks,

Deej

I've played with the idea of something like this on and off for a year now.
Surely they have a USB model.

This would be it:

I leery of cooldrives though. I've got one here that works great as a
doorstop.

I managed to squeeze a Kingwin IDE bay into a Mapower USB enclosure. It
sticks out a little in the front, but it works.
