Dimitrios,
I tried this but I still have no meters on my "chained" UAD-1 plugins. Do
you have any other suggestion that I missed when I searched through you old
posts??
Thanks,
Ron

Dear Ron,

First use the FREE Spinaudio demo wrapper.
This is the free version which lets you wrap only ONE instance ofVST plugin.
Youonlyneed that here.
Wrap from spinaudio the chainer !
Now you can rename this as AA_ChainerI do this to have it first in my VST
LIST.
Now form inside Chainer all UAD1 plugins are showing their meters.
Don't forget inside chainer to put FIRST the input module to have sound !!
The nice thing with chainer isthat it has 10 pages meaning you can use 10
instances of UAD1 plugins without any additional latency !!
Spinaudio lowers the latency to 4096 samples instead of 16384 which chainer
alone has as well as FXPansion too.

Other solution FREE and good is the FFX4 free VST?DX wrapper.
I have posted before all these I saying here with URL to download all this
stuff.
Frominside FFX-4 you can have your UAD1 plugins too.
I think metering works this too...
Will have to check.
If you have any further questions ask...
Regards,
Dimitrios

OK, Here's my problem:
I ran the setup program for spinaudio, and it says that it's been installed,
but I don't see any sign of it in my VST folder. After moving my UAD-1 plugs
out of my VST folder the only thing left is "Chainer VST.dll" and "Chainer
VSTi.dll". Where do I find Spinaudio dll so that I can be sure that it's
wrapped by Fxpansion 3.3 when I run config?

Thanks,
Ron

...but I do see the Spinaudio wrapper in Paris. But when I try to wrap the
Chainer in there and then add a UAD-1 inside Chainer my computer freezes
up and I have to reboot...
