With Win 7 drivers coming soon I'm putting a small PARIS rig back together but I need EDS ribbon cables sets.

Where can I buy them at or where can I buy the parts to make my own?

I got mine from a robotics company in Las Vegas NV. Sorry. I don't recall the name of the place but Google search should do the trick.
