Is there any reason one would want to have both the 1073 and the 1081? Having
not used the hardware or the plugs, I am curious.

Thanks

Because they exist?.................well, actually, the 1081 has more bands
to work with, and maybe they emulated the class A/B circuit in the 1081, or
maybe they emulated a 1081 that had been modified from a class A/B to a
class A circuit, or maybe they modelled the Wujnderaudio PEQ module that
emulates the 1081 or.........or.......or...........

errrr...........I'm sorta having a hard time justifying this one as
well..but eventually, you know what's gonna' happen.

Yes, you'll buy both plugins, plus one each of the actual
vintage modules just in case the slight difference in sound
between the plugin & the hardware is what's going to work on
mic "A" in your stereo cowbell pair vs. mic "B" in that same
pair.

:)
