Apologies for the outage, folks - an outrageously busy period of gigs, midterms and family life conspired with myriad little "comedy of errors" details such as the expiry of a credit card to see me miss my domain's auto-renewal and struggle to find the spare minutes to sort it all out. Sorry for the unpleasant flashback Smile
