I tried the asio driver from Mike but I was unlucky.
I could not get it to work with any app like wavelab 6 or old steinberg VST 5.
In the beginning it asked me about some ddl file which I found over the internet and installed.
Then I installed the C++ microsoft in case it was needed.
No more asking dlls but when trying to load wavelab it always said under asio control no hardware open thing...
Puting the old asio dll back it just crashes wavelab so this is worse.
I am sure something is missing here from my side but I wonder so I would like to share with some of you who have tried the asio thing !!
I really need this cause I sold all my other audio cards and am lef only with Paris !!
I have a MEC with two input cards.
Maybe the input cards are disturbing Mike's asio dll but I won't take them out yet.
I will try next days with a second empty mec to see if I will have any better luck.
MIKE if you know some more please let me know !

I tried a mec without any cards.
The error I get again says runtime error
Is there a specific runtime I sould install for these drivers that might needed ?
