Errors hooking up 2 Mecs, Can anybody help? [message #63212]

I have 2 mecs, 3 eds cards. and i get a error in initializing paris engine.
Error code 18/12.
i also have the word clock cables plugged

Amd 2200
512 Ram
WinXp

I try restarting paris and now it gives me a Error code 7/7

do you have the crossover cable in addition to the straight cable?
