I forgot to shoot a video of my disassembling my paris rig to box it up for
shipping. It would have taken about 9 hours of continuous streaming whil'st
capturing my cursing, wistful expressions, sighs of resignation, huffing and
puffing, my cat having a ball attacking the tangled rats nest of cabling as
it was dragged hither and yon to get it out of the way and my dogs watching
the cat intently and with great interest bordering on going into *cat
acquisition mode* since they are sight hounds and watch everything intently
that moves quickly and erratically and are prone to chase and *acquire*
whatever it is they are watching.

DJ, you could still contribute, even if it's just you telling us your favorite
Paris tricks. Besides, you still need a small Paris rig for mastering and
so on: )

Would that include Paris, an extra large diamondback, a .270 Winchester,
and a Chain saw? This could be interesting!

call me crazy, but I really never thought that would completely die out..really..
to think that even in year 2007 there has not been a real paris replacement
that has that killer user interface, ease of use a foot print sound...man!!..it's
really sad to think about at times..
yes I have moved on to use other daws, but none have ever felt like paris..none..
I'm realy feeling a bit jaded by the daw market these days..for all of it's
advancments, it seems that we are no further along than we were in 1999....
please I'D partner up with somebody to revive paris..even if it's just a
mixer.recorder..editor....pleaseee...
the current daws cubase PT, sonar,logic...boring...

But, what if Edmund had fixed:
The Midi:
No Lockups
Support.
????????
Personally Iwould not care if Paris ever had a midi sequencer..
