Anyone know some good sites for impulses to use in SIR ? I am really impressed
with the PCM90 drum impulses on a snare with some PSP Vintage Warmer on it.
Sweet

This was my first exposure to impulse responses after playing with the other
type reverbs for months. Are you guys finding that they blow the others
away?

I am very impressed with the "real" room sound I'm getting, but I guess that's
the whole point. They just sound so much better to me and I'm wondering
if you guys concur. oh, wikipedia has some great links too I found.

Real room IRs are great. Look for the Round Rooms - I really liked
them.. Also I compared the IRs of the TC M5000 with my old M5000 and
they were essentially the same except for a slight graininess in the IR.

Great tip. Thanks. Anyone know how to convert mac impulses to pc interleaved
waves? Specifically these:

I keep hearing about this "SIR"-- How do you use him/it/them with Paris on
a Mac? Do you need Altivec or some other program?
