Sir Deej...

1.) You said you got the "Home" card, yes? Does that card come
with A/D & D/A convertors or did you have to buy them separately?

2.) If it doesn't come with convertors, what do the i/o's
consist of? Just a bunch of lightpipe sockets? SPDIF?

3.) Can you sum though it, run a couple of 'verbs, and a dozen
or so instances of let's say compressors & the like at the same
time?

Neil,

It hasn't arrived yet so I can't say. It has 16 ADAT I/O, a s/pdif I/O and a
midi I/O. I also ordered a A16U AD/DA converter that interfaces with this by
firewire (you can use a standard FW cable, but you can't plug it into a FW
port or it will die ;o)

Right now I'm using two Pulsat II cards, one with 24 ADAT I/O and one 16
channels midi I/O and the other with a Plus plate with stereo AES, a pair of
balanced AD/DA's and a 32 channels midi I/O.
