HI Bill,
If you are building a new machine you can make it really quiet without
having to use a ISO box. There are allot of high quality quiet
components available that will keep machine running 30db or lower under
a full load.
Good DIY parts
CPU heatsinks-
http://www.zalman.com.tw/
Great heat sinks but the cases suck.
Cases-
Tower
Antec Performance One cases
http://www.antec.com/us/pro_en_performance1.php
very good air flow and cable management
rack mount
Chenbro
http://usa.chenbro.com/corporatesite/products_detail.php?ser no=2
Fans-
Noctua
http://www.noctua.at/main.php?show=produkte&lng=en
quiet and good CFM
Acoustical Foam
http://www.acoustiproducts.com/en/acoustipack_stnd.asp
Power supply-
Thermaltake
http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/product/Power/ToughPower/w0163 /w0163.asp
Antec-
http://www.antec.com/us/pro_p_NeoHE.php

A quiet computer would do me no good at all unless I had 15' long cables
from the comp to the Magmas which sound about as loud as a small aircraft
idling in the machine room.

Thanks, Chris for these suggestions. I appreciate your input. I guess
this is my best option.
