Hi all. It's been a while since the days of the PARIS chats; I'd like to gauge interest in a realtime chat feature at the forums before I try to implement it. Might come in handy for realtime tech issues. Use the poll to let me know if you'd use it.

OK, got a couple of folks interested. I've got a chat module crudely "roughed in" now at http://kerrygalloway.com/parischat/ - I'll proceed with some more experimentation to try to integrate it properly into the forum as time permits (ie it should get dressed in PARIS colors rather than that vile lime, it should be in the footer of the forum page, and usernames should show up automatically).
Overall vision for the forums/wiki/chat would be integration, ie one login accesses all three. Might take me a while to figure out how to do that 
EDITED TO ADD: I've linked it from the header at the top of the page now as a temporary measure.
