Bonzo wasn't really the "basher" that most people think of him
as... yeah he had a big drum sound, but i think that was partly
due to the 26" kick, and the way he tuned his snare (which was a
metal one - which makes a difference, as well); he really had
a lot of subtle finesse that he doesn't get much credit for.
Look closely at that video clip you posted - he's not hammering
with as much velocity as you might think!
Hardest-hitting drummer that I EVER saw was someone you wouldn't
even think would play that way - at least based on his style -
and that was Neil Peart of Rush... check it:

Check out the overhead shot at 1:26, and then the cutaway/side-
shot at 1:29... his sticks are moving like THREE TIMES the
distance of Bonham's in the video clip you posted for Kashmir!
And that's not even as hard as he used to hit 'em, either.

link below of an amateur video montage assembled over the
studio cut of this song... a great Bonham track!)
