Hi,
You know that all submixes except for the main submix1 have LR outputs on Paris intrconnection table ?
This works !!
You can either hear your separate submixes thru your headphone (attached to corresonded MEC) or send this LR output to a MEC's pair of outputs !, or even bring them back to the same submix so you can record your srumtracks that are located to this specific submix to a stereo track so you can the apply VST/DX !!

TIP II
You can output all your submixes say four Mecs give you four sets of stereo submix outputs (if you happen to have four eds cards) stereo outs to a second PC running Cubase and there process with VST/DX before mixing to a stereo inside Cubase
