Can anyone tell me if there is a way to....
Route an internal reverb to the aux I'm using for a headphone mix? Thanks.

Old school would be to route the reverb aux return to an empty channel in the submix and then send that to your headphone mixes individually.

I haven't tried it, but in theory, it should work.

I think Wayne's solution is the only way.

It's funny.
Most times I've conducted sessions, I've kept it really simple. I don't bother with separate headphone mixes. If overdubbing, I just create a stereo mix on my studio monitors, and pump that into the headphone amp for the talent. That way, it's immediate. I know exactly what they are hearing in their cans. Give them more or less reverb? no problem. 95 percent of the time, they hear what they want to hear, and always compliment me on the great headphone mix. A bit low tech, but it's worked for me since I first got Paris. To each their own. My method takes the guesswork out of the equation. Give them what they want quickly, and they're sure to deliver as good a performance as they can. Cheers,
Kim.
