What exactly does monitoring in mono mean?
Is it panning many stero instruments to center and
listening to the mix from a pair of stereo speakers?
OR
Summing a stereo mix together and listening to the mix thru one
speaker directly in front of you?

How does one go about checking there mix in mono from within PARIS? (QUICKLY)
How about the same question , but from within Cubase?

Thanks!!!!!!!!!

Brandon

Brandon,
Click the Mono/Stereo button on the mixer near the monitor level pot.
Listen through both speakers. Get tones/levels in mono retaining
clarity then hit the switch to stereo and see how that translates. More
changes may be needed but the width and depth of your mix should be
clearer than ever.
Tom

As you probably know, images created in stereo sometimes collapse and disappear
in mono so the mono test is to make sure the mono mix is good.
