Just Upgraded MB/cpu/Ram to Dual Core,

I had a 5 pci slot board w AMD2200 and 512ram,
2 mecs,
3 eds 1000 cards,
Lucid word clock genx6-96 setup for years with no problems.
I get signal on 2nd Mec but no Sound. 3 sub mixes with tracks play with no
problem. I do get sound on 1st mec when recording.
i've got
wc out 1- 1 WC cable out to in Mec 1,
wc out 2- 1 WC cable out to in Mec 2,
wc out 3- 1 WC cable out to in RME Multiface 2
wc out 4- 1 WC cable out to in Echo Layla
i ve' had it like this for years and had no problems.

I i'm using Paris 3 with ParisMulticore Beta 3.1 drivers

Try looping the WC from MEC 1 to MEC 2 instead of a direct line to each
(direct feed to MEC 1 from GenX). Place MEC 2 on Card "C", select WC
sync in the Project window and see what happens.

Kip,

You don't need WC out Mec 2. Terminate Mec 2 if you have one. It isn't
always needed though. Just daisy chain WC Mec 1 out to WC in Mec 2.
Genex WC out to WC in Mec 1.
