Awww...........it was soooo cute!!! I don't see why they couldn't have
strapped a steak to her head and let it migrate to that, then allow it to
fulfill it's destiny

Yeah, horses and deer get those things, too, but in their case, the botfly
lays the egg on their skin. The body warmth quickly hatches the egg and
the larva burrows in.

Pretty icky, but by no means the worst parasite a human can get. 'Nough
said. :)
