Melodyne comes as a standalone 8 track editor Melodyne Studio,
and as a plugin which works with most all current DAWS. The tricky thing
is that you have to "record" the audio to be
corrected into the plugin, and then make you adjustmenst. The file that plays
back is a new file created within the "shell" of the plugin, whereas Autotune
and others are "real time".
