Why does my mic keep cutting off? [message #65766]

Hello everyone ... I've been a PARIS user for 5 years, even though this
problem is not PARIS related. Anyway... what would cause my SP C1 condenser
to suddenly just cut out? I'm not sure if it's the mic, cable, or somewhere
else in the front end, but all i have to do to fix it is unplug the cord
from the mic & plug it back in, and the signal just "pops" back on. It's
not constant, but maybe once a day. Incidentally, I had the same problem
with a previous condenser/preamp combo, which makes me wonder if it's the
mic at all. The signal goes ... mic/pre/limiter/paris. Any ideas?
