I thought this was funny. Two of the voice commands Windows vista accepts
are "Start Listening" and "Stop listening".

If it wasn't listening, how would it hear you say Start Listening?

Tree falls in the woods anyone ?:-)

You beat me to it Rick. The scene in "The Search For Spock" Star Trek movie
where Scotty is trying to talk to the 1984 Mac. The guy tells him to use the
mouse, so he picks it up like a microphone and says "Computer?". Then the
guy says "just use the keyboard". Scotty: "How quaint". Then he proceeds to
type about 500 strokes per minute as charts, graphs, and CAD drawings fly
across the screen. Funny stuff.

Sorry, the movie was "The Voyage Home" in 1986. I don't deserve to call
myself a Trekkie! What a disgrace! ;>)

Every good marriage is made up of two people:

1. The one who is right all the time.

2. The husband.

(Paraphrasing)

McCoy: You do realize you're changing history by giving him this
information.?

Scotty: Why? How do we know he didn't invent the thing?

;>)

Tony

Scotty: Captain. There be whales here.

So many good quotes in that one!
