Hey guys,
It looks like I'm going to be mixing a rock'n'roll project sooner than I
thought using the SX/Scope setup. I've been going through the Scope mixer
doco (pretty cool, actually) and I'm wondering how you guys are integrating
VST f/x in SX with the Scope f/x. Are you sending all tracks straight to
SFP channels and using VST inserts and sends before SFP? Are you automating
in SX or using MIDI to automate the SFP mixer? It looks to me like the SFP
mixer is more versatile (mute and fader groups, the way busses can be linked,
etc.) but the automation in SX is way easier than doing MIDI automation to
SFP. Just looking for ideas because I know I'm going to make some mistakes
before I get it right for me.
