Hi Mark, and welcome! Yep, it's good times for PARIS users, there are a lot more good options nowadays than there were six or seven years back.
You can use a Magma chassis to pull this off, although users are reporting that the much less expensive VirtuaVia adapters work perfectly. It appears you'll have to contact VirtuaVia directly - you don't want the straight PCIe - PCI version found here or here, you'll have to get exactly the same thing but with the adaptor cable appropriate for your particular laptop (PCMCIA, ExpressCard etc). Let us know what you discover!

That box won't work for PARIS, 38 watts is a fraction of what you should have. See if you can get the kit version but with a laptop cable, and put it in an ATX case with a power supply of your own choosing.
