Hello everyone,

For some odd reason the solo button/function is no longer
working I searched the v 3.0 manual and the forum here, it wont
do it in any of the submixes, it used to work before so
maybe there is some setting somewhere Im not aware of.

Cheers,
MFO

You mean on your C-16?

If it was working before, something has been changed (inadvertently). Any chance you switched from "regular" to "pro" mode, or vice versa, for the C-16?

I've never lost the use of the C-16 solo button, so I can't give an answer from experience.

Hi Ted,

On the C16 and even with the mouse clicking it seems the solo
function does not work, only the mute, I beleive there is a setting I think this might be my problem Ill have to test it,

As per manual:

Note: Soloing affects what is heard in the Project's Monitor outputs; if you're listening to the Project's Main
outputs, the Solo feature will have no effect. To learn more about routing outputs, see Chapter 4.

Thanks,
MFO

Yeah - your MEC outputs feeding the control room have to be from the "Monitor" 1/4" TRS outs, not the "Main" 1/4" TRS outputs. I assumed you hadn't switched this...

It was in fact my outputs I was monitoring via out 1 & 2 on the MEC and not 3 & 4. Rolling Eyes
