The first FU is the fact, at least from looking at the demo, it appears that
the drum track determines the tempo of the song. You need to be able to set
the tempo to whatever you want and have the tracks snap to that tempo. It
may be able to do this, I don't know, but it needs to be able to do it
automatically, without jumping through the hitpoints/warping hoops or
anything else. Drag it, it nails to the grid and so does everything else.
Otherwise, what's the point? there are plenty of proggies out there for this
now.
