Hi,
I am experiencing some dropouts when I insert UAD1 plugz on different submixes.
What I have checked is that inserting plugz at the same submix there is no
problem ata all, but when UAD1 plugz are spread around 4 cards there are
some droputs.
Anyone experienced the same ?
I tries also the 256 disk transfer.
No eds transfer used.
Regards,
Dimitrios

Never any dropouts, but I've got only 2 UAD cards. I wonder if your PCI bus
is having trouble keeping up? Take out one of the UAD's and see if that fixes
it, for trouble shooting purposes. Just an idea

Hi,
I have only ONE UAD1 card and 4 EDS cards.
UAD1 card lies on a magma chassis alone...
Well...

Dimitrios

Sorry, I misunderstood you. There goes THAT theory.
Have you tried re-installing the UAD software? What are you wrapping it with?
I'm using fxpansion 3.3 with no problems.
This is just a hunch, but you might try putting all the disk transfer and
other "customization" parameters back to their stock settings and see if
that fixes it.
