Unhandles exception [message #93053]

Hi,
Can anyone help me with this?
I try to open Paris and during the loading I get a message that says "registry
error make sure product is installed properly"
Then I get an unhandles exception: c0000005
At address:1496dd3a box that comes up and it tells me it has to close do
I want to send a report to microsoft. Paris then shuts down and sometimes
the computer shuts down to and restarts.
I have reloaded Paris with no luck, any suggsetions as to what this might
be?
