I think PC Freebies was the problem - although right now just for
troubleshooting, I also removed FreakQ, I did previously have that running
with no problem.

right, remembering more of it now.... FreakQ was the one that would foul up
on the lo pass band.. I think. Jeez. Old age sucks, heh...
PC Freebies was the one Chuck said to not install.

Memory serving, that is all but I think I recall a little bug in NoLimit
with the outer reaches of timeline that cause problems. I'd have to fire up
the Paris rig out in the studio to say for sure, but fully clockwise and/or
fully counterclockwise I think brought about issues when adjusting
lookahead. Otherwise the plug was fine and, IMHO, awesome at what it does.

That's correct, stay away from 50ms lookahead, which is all the way to the
right.
