I am at my wit's end on this Paris XP 3.0 install.

I have tried three times from scratch but no Paris
effects ever show up as well as C-16 quirkiness
and COE more often than not.

I understand that the effects subsystem needs to be
in the exact same path as Paris. Here's what I did:
C:Paris for the Paris install
C:Paris for the subsystem install

The subsystem install creates its own folder named paris pro
@ C:Paris\paris pro

If I copy the files that are inside of paris pro into C:Paris
the effects show up and work but no presets are there.
This leads me to believe the path being wrong is only part
of the problem.

I start with the hardware installed, install paris xp drivers,
install Paris, install subsystem, change PSCL, ADAT,
and Scherzo to Mike's 1.02 setup. Rebooting between
all steps.
