Guys, have you had a chance to check out the new Software mixer from Harrison. It's seems that
Check out the thread over at Gearslutz,
One of the things I found interesting about the product is a comment form one of it's coders:
The saturation is an integral part of the design and cannot be turned off, sorry. The saturation mechanism truncates extreme transients without affecting the overall dynamics of the mix. It is part of the "gestalt" that makes Mixbus work the way it does. The "drive" knob should be adjusted so that the meter is pointing roughly vertical when loud signal is going through the bus."
Sound like a certain Daw Mixer named Paris. It seems that some folks are importing their session files for testing, and Just like the Paris effect, they are reporting an immediate (better) results in the sonic department..
Mac based only.. But, it's only $80.00 dollars..

Doug moved servers and hasn't yet updated the links on the FAQ page to reflect the new directory paths (I understand he was ill for a time and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he's enjoying a full recovery).
You can still access the internal links by following the steps in this post. I will be scavenging the FAQ site and collecting and organizing whatever associated files I haven't grabbed already at the Wiki as soon as time permits.
