1.

I'm about to pull the trigger I think at least on a Paris Rig.

The seller is telling me that the computer has two EDS Cards in it with " another Ensoniq card allowing the 2 EDS 1000 to work together..."

I've never heard of this other Ensoniq card....? Any clue on what he is talking about???

2.

Also correct me if I'm wrong BUT with two EDS cards what happens is one EDS card just clocks off of the first one.

WIth three EDS cards an external world clock is necessary? (or am I confusing this with the MECs) Can someone please sort out this clocking business for me, as well as helping me discern what is this other ensoniq card allowing the two to work together?

3.

What do I have to worry about to get the license switched so that I'm a registered user/ owner? I'm guessing this fellow doesn't have the most up to date version. what would be the cost of upgrading to 3.0?

4.

how much do all those new paris plugins cost? if i want to buy them all?
