All,
Please be aware that MS has shipped a known bug in Vista SP1 that renders
the Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) subsystem useless. At some point in the
future, MS will issue a Hot Fix to correct the problem.
So, if you're using a camera, scanner, or other input device that uses a
WIA driver, the device will no longer function after installing SP1.
Other than that, SP1 fixes many USB printing and scanning issues (but, unfortunately,
breaks WIA).

THanks for the update...After reading the articles on it, I think it's
still best to steer my business customers to XP.
