Horseshoe pickup and in mint condition. Sounds very David Lindley. It was a
gift from a friend of his. Came wrapped in old newspapers that had the
headline:

"General Eisenhower says troops to come home soon"

We output to a Lexicon Signature 284 tube amp set to *stun*, mic'ed up the
stereo cab in the Eckels iso booth, initially with a ribbon and an SM'57.
The ribbon didn't really work for this so we used two SM57's into a pair of
Demeter HM-1 preamp channels and then output both to the L channel of two
RNC's, one set to just kiss the signal in really nice mode and the other
output to a Jensen JT-11 1:1 transformer and set to threshold -10 ration
4:1, fast attack, med release in standard mode.

Fun session.
