Paging Chris Ludwig & other PC gurus...

What's the sweetspot price/performance for Intel Core2 Duo?

Also, what's the recommended:

-Motherboard
-Fanless video card
-Memory
-*quiet* power supply?

Running Samplitude 9.11 on XP Pro with RME Digiface and 1 UAD-1 PCI.
This machine is primarily for mixing but sees some light VSTi usage. I
need it to handle 60+ track mixes at 96k, if possible.
