Ok, I've got it all put together and the smell of new electronic gear offgassing
is wafting through our living room. Got xp installed and it boots. Yay.
I formatted that system drive with NTFS. I'm guessing that I should keep
NTFS on the audio drive, but now I'm thinking my Paris computer and G4 drives
are FAT32. If I'm moving files from computer to computer via DVD's will
there be a problem?
MR mini nerd.

DVD has it's own sets/types of formatting..... but if you're going to use a
removable hard drive in say a USB or Firewire case, THAT formatting will
matter (The native/'internal drives really don't matter in that scenario).
Make sure the removable drive stays FAT32.

In fact, you may want to go ahead and start looking at MacOpener or
something similar. I'm not positive about this (and hopefully someone who
does paris PC/MAC stuff more than I have will speak up) but it seems prudent
to start recording in PAF only since that is the only common Mac/PC format?
If no-one says otherwise, just do a little test at 16 and 24 bit to make
sure, going both ways and reading both ways. For that matter, you might want
to use the network connections to move around data.

All you need to do is get Paragon NTFS for MAC and then your Mac will be
able to read/write to NTFS drives

HI Aaron,
Too me the network setup is the easiest and fast way to transfer files.
No need for formating and all that crap.
