Conversely ~if~ you have conduit already run to those places, you don't have
to get the more expensive jacketed PVC fire retardent sleeves. But 'only' if
you have conduit already. Otherwise, you want to do exactly what David said.
In the unfortunate event of a fire, the last thing you need is to be
unconcious on the floor because of inhalation of chemicals from burned wire
jacket while the blaze takes you over. It's kinda bad for your long term
health to be a s'mores.
If you're not sure, ask a pro at the place you purchase the wire. Not
something you want to play with.
