Is this the same model? I cannot find one
that say Ultra in it???

Hi, John.
No it is not.
Different chipset.
The K8NS ultra 939 has the Nvidia 3 chipset.
This is the one to go for.
You may have difficulties finding it, it has recently been
superseded. Some stores may have old stock.

Probably your best bet is to check online stores near you, and
make sure they have stock.
