the C.I.A , aginst the Russians.. IN Afghanistan .to kick them out so
to furnish the OIL PIPELINE contract with the TALIBAN ( who pulled out
somewhere in the middle.. ) ONE year before 9/11 and who was the major

Deej, thanks, but no that's not what I meant. I meant
scheduling & basic accounting/billing... THAT kind of management (not project
management).

for everything,but we've
played a role in things too and own up to that.

I don't think it was Iraq that attacked us on 911.After that we
should have gone after the terrorists and Bin Laden better than
we did,but we had to many troops and money dedicated to going
after Iraq.Cheney and his buddies had a hard-on for Saddam from
when Bush version 1 was in office.
