Hey guys,

Well, it's been two freakin' years since I started getting sick and it
wasn't until Nov that they figured it out 'cuz I didn't have the one
main symptom that they look for...sheesh..dr's...
LSS...I'm back to health and feelin' great....downside - I've had to put
many things, including my music/studio endevours, on hold. Now that I'm
back to normal I can begin again where I left off.

So where I left off was getting Nuendo (in comp 2) to slave to Paris (
comp 1) via paris adat card and digi9652 card.

I have the settings and p-bay in Paris set correctly, I'm pretty sure,
'cuz when I hit paris/play, the digi9652 control panel indicates that
the sync is working and the time begins to roll in comp 2.

But Nuendo doesn't start. I've set it up the way I think it should go,
having done syncing (LTC) in Cubase for years, but I'm doing something
horrible wrong I suspect. Word clock is also connected. So I'm not sure
what's happening to make Nuendo not respond to the incoming 9-pin signal.

Does the paris/digi setup allow me to use APP or regular adat sync (that
I'm in the dark about and assume it uses the optical conections, yes?
Dunno. Am I even using the correct way of going about syncing? What do I
need/need-to-know to make these two comps dance?

I'd sure appreciate some help getting back up and running. : )
