Well, my Lexicon PCM 91 quit passing signal reliably last night. After
troubleshooting it, my RME ADI-DD, my harness from the ADI4-DD to the
outboard processors and putting in calls to Morgan, CBI and Synthax, I found
the problem. The WC cable that was feeding the ADI8-DD from the GenX-6 that
is distributing WC from my Mytek clock was full of punctures. Either there's
bad studiocat behaviour going on or a bad mouse or other vermin that the bad
studiocat should be attending to. This is, by far, one of the wierdest
studio occurrences I've had yet. This was a very expensive Zaolla 75 ohm WC
cable and I would have definitely noticed if it would have been punctured
prior to my installing it.
