Well, seemed to me that Kickback needed a little look too; the presets
in this file are divided between starting points for standalone
electronica-style kicks (labeled Club Kick 1-6) and "shadows", or
tracks designed to be mixed up underneath a pre-recorded kick. Play
with the threshold setting if nothing happens right away. The
"lookahead" knob was never implemented AFAIK, and the Range parameter's
probably best left alone because it's not very useful if kick
enhancement is what you're after. But again, some starting points.

Like the others, these are "version 1a", done with the PARIS rig
jury-rigged in an untreated back bedroom with wires draped everywhere,
and little time. More refined versions will follow.
