Hi Mike,
I tried yesterday some of your compressors in a project and could not make them work without clicks.
I found that these have to do with the release or/and hold function.
Also the latency knob cannot go to 0 (just 0.01)
I really like the sound of the variable compressor especially the RMS sound but there is no workable setting at all due to this bug.
Can you please take a look ?
Compressors are the most needed mixing tool !!

Hi Dimitrios,

It's good to head from you. Thanks so much for your tips regarding DX and VST in PARIS.

I've experienced those effects only when the release time is set too low. Let me know if increasing the release time helps. I've worked with the plug fairly extensively, and it's worked fine when I did that. If that doesn't do the trick, let's talk more about the exact settings and try to reproduce the problem here.

I finished my teaching contract a couple of weeks ago, and I am so excited to get back into PARIS coding in a big way.

Hi MIke !
Nice to know you are back with Paris coding !!!
Regarding the variable compressor, no matter what the settings are if you want -6 to -12 and maybe more compressing, there is always a crackling noise more or less.
No workable settings at all here...

Hi Dimitrios,

I was able to get some clicks with heavy compression on peak mode, but not RMS. Are you having this happen with Peak or RMS?
