I did everything Rod suggested. All plugins work. That's the good =
part.
The bad part is that as Paris starts up it still gives me a pop up =
saying:
"Wrapper cannot find Pultec-Pro mono/stereo. You may have removed these
plugins. We suggest you replace them and blah blah blah..."

I have a clean UAD-1 4.4 install after having removed all the UAD stuff. =
I cleaned out
the Wrapper too and started from scratch there. The worst part of all =
this is
I always COE now. I can't even close a project without it crashing. I =
can save thankfully.

Any more suggestions?

It's not crashing every time on exit. It was iffy when changing older
projects from internal to external clock. That may be the culprit
with the crashing. The question boxes still pop up when Paris
starts though. Annoying.

Tom, FWIW, I if I change a project from internal to word clock, I have to
reboot every time.
